I've mentioned SilverShake here before - the place where I get most of my silver jewelry. The last few times I've poked around their site, I've seen these beads that were pretty cute (nagara?). It's not "me", but I still thought they were worth posting about because of their cuteness. Anyway, have a look around and you'll see what I mean. SilverShake doesn't sell the actual bracelets these beads fit, but apparently there are three styles of "European bracelets" that they are to be used with: Pandora, Chamilia, and Biagi. I did a quick search and found a Pandora bracelet for $65. Well, by the time you tack on the price of the charms, which start at about $10 each, you'd be looking at a mighty pricy bracelet in the end. I still say it's worth wading through some ugly ones to see the cuties, though.

Did someone say baby cheetahs? It's really a short video clip looped to make it longer, but who cares?

A beluga whale blows bubbles at an aquarium in Japan to the delight of visitors who have come by the thousands to view the spectacle.

The whale is one of three that learned the trick from scuba divers, who give the whales breaths from regulators to enable the whales to blow the bubbles.

The beluga is native to Arctic waters and considered a vulnerable by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature. Conservationists are petitioning the U.S. government to list an Alaskan population as endangered.

I just heard back from etsy chick then immediately went and bought it!!!

Ages ago, I posted about looking for a laptop sleeve. IG was sweet enough to share a bunch of sites with me, too. I was being stingy and didn't want to pay a lot for one. I already have a lovely Wenger bag from work that I got super cheap, so it seemed silly to pay tons of money for a sleeve. Well, so much for that idea. In searching around today, I came across this and fell in love. There is only one in her shop, and I've got a question in to her, so hopefully I can still manage to snag it. They appear to be made to order, so I'm sure it'll be fine. Anyway, just have a look at the adorableness that will soon be mine:

The people who brought you the string doll gang now have one-of-a-kind koonin family pets. Oh, look - their debo superheroes are good, too. I could probably use one of each.

And here's something that I don't think is for sale anywhere, but I came across the pic on say no to crack and couldn't resist posting it. I'll bet that David Hasselhoff doesn't have stained glass in his honour!
