I'm trying...

...to be as open-minded as possible about a new person to our team (not admin - this is a higher level), but it really seems to be coming out that she's a bit of an elitist snob (in terms of work, at least). Others have actually brought it up to me so I feel a bit better about my impressions now. It'll be interesting to see how long until Sortaboss (who is her PD person) really senses it and puts a stop to it.

Ha, no kidding! But that's why I haven't said a word until others have said something to me, and I'm definitely not complaining to any higher ups unless something truly egregious happens. After Puppy, even though it was all warranted, the last thing I need is to be labeled a troublemaker or complainer.
